"Apartments are beautiful and thoughtful, with serious storage! Great location, cub foods in the building. Trevor the new assistant manager genuinely cares about his tenants. I found his honesty, transparency and energy refreshing! He takes pride in his work and making an apartment feel like home is clearly a top priority for him! Changing management companies can be challenging; apartments are still competitively priced for the area."

"I love the location and that the current management is maintaining the traditions of the old. The building stays clean. I hope in the future that the maintenance of the hot tube will be better for next season so I can utilize the amenities more."

"I urge prospective tenants to take heed of the negative reviews posted in the last 5-7 months and seriously reconsider choosing Lowa46 as their place of residence. Ever since Nick and Nolan left Sept 2023 the place has turned more into a boarding school dormitory than the advertised luxury or modern residence. The convenience of the location is overshadowed by the sheer incompetence of the management team. Your peace of mind and security should never be compromised for the sake of convenience. As a former resident of Lowa46, I feel compelled to share my disappointment with the management of this apartment complex. Both the current property management company, Willow, and the previous one, Greco, have proven to be incredibly negligent and ineffective in addressing resident concerns. Not only is the rent exorbitantly high, but the value provided does not match the cost. Living here feels like throwing money away. Despite paying a premium, the security of residents' vehicles is constantly compromised, with break-ins occurring on a monthly basis. It's disheartening to see management turn a blind eye to such a critical issue, leaving residents feeling unsafe and unsupported. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the property is subpar, with unresolved maintenance requests lingering for weeks on end if not months. The lack of accountability and responsiveness from management only exacerbates the frustration of residents. I cannot make this up!! If I were to give them 0 stars I would trust me. The only reason this apartment complex is above 4.0 stars or even close to 4.0 is because of the previous reviews written when the place was at it's glory days prior to the departure of Nick. DO NOT BE FOOLED OR CHARMED INTO SIGNING A LEASE EITHER WITHOUT READING THE PRINTS CAREFULLY."

"I am so glad to be out of my lease at Lowa46. My issues: - They tried to raise my rent by 33% after my first year by claiming this was the "market standard." - My car was broken into while parked in the garage. - There are frequently unhoused individuals sleeping in the stairwells. - When I called the security company over a concern, they told me they couldn't respond because Greco limited their contracted days to save money. - Management is on a revolving door - there have been at least 5 different people within the past year. The latest batch are impossible to contact. - My apartment was in very poor condition when I moved in (damaged carpet and baseboards, dirty blinds, broken cabinets, etc.) I was told to deal with it. In my opinion, a lot of the positive reviews are likely from a leasing promotion. Last year, there was a chance to win rent credits if you left a review of Lowa46. While they didn't force anyone to write positive reviews, I personally felt that it was implied by the contest."

"Clean and well maintained. You can tell the tenants care about their building. Walking down the hall you can often smell food cooking and some people even leave the door open. Various art peaces adorned the walls throughout. A lavish lobby is welcoming. Connection to a 24hr cub foods. Within walking distance to Walgreens, Burger King, Holiday gas and a strip mall. Definitely worth a look if you're interested in settling in the area."
