"my sisters partner booked an airbnb here for himself and her. Cops came day 9 of booking & said this place was evicted. Gave her 10 min to grab things & leave. Very traumatizing. Obviously she couldn’t grab all her belongs in only 10 min with cops standing & touching her items. She also had no car since her partner was out that day & cops left her out in the snow with her few items and pets, again not her fault they booked an evicted place! This scenario was ridiculous and the apartment complex owner/ manager should have talked to them prior to calling cops. Or the least is taken down her info separately from her partner to let her back inside for belongings as this is not her fault! This is outrageous."

"Wouldn’t recommend. I lived there the first year they opened. Their bike room was full half way through the year so they asked residents to move bikes to their garage area. I gladly did since I had a parking space there. Bike was stolen when I came back from work. Spent significant amount of my time trying to get footage and figure out who stole it. Management said they looked at video and couldn’t see. Needless to say they didn’t even offer to get me a new bike. This upset me since it was gifted to me and was expressive."

"Be careful! They will ask you to pay an administrative fee and the security deposit upfront. If you are approved, you then get a copy of the lease which is where they will disclose all of the expenses for the unit. If those fees and expenses make you change your mind about the place, you will not get the security deposit or the admin fee back. Make sure to ask up front about every single charge and expectations for paying utilities. They are not forth coming about what charges to expect."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Management ONLY cares about taking your money. Rent was never the same price or consistent. They enjoy taking your money and adding extra charges when they can. There was also trash always in the stairwells. Live here if you want to take a couple hours just to do one load of laundry. They had about three working machines for the whole building to use and sometimes you would have to spend about $4 washing one load because the laundry is terrible. This was not a good living experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and time and go live somewhere where management doesn't care about taking your money and could care less about you unless you are a prospective resident. Management also never gets back to you for weeks, even when its something important. I am pretty sure management writes all the good reviews so people will live there lol."
