"I have been here for few months and am still getting used to it, although the apartment comes with it own challenges, they do have nice amenities and the neighborhood is walking distance to the university. In addition, they have an amazing maintenance staff who do complete tasks promptly. Thank you Travon for always completing maintenance task in less than 24hrs. I appreciate it."

"I love living here, great community and my favorite spot... the roof top patio. Great place to relax and unwind. Management is awesome, The workout room is a great bonus with a view to the outside, love that. The location is convenient with a short walk to campus and places to eat. I would recommend living here anytime."

"I have lived at the Arrow for 3 years. It has been a great experience. Amy, Michael, Brian, and Caitlyn are a great office staff/landlords. I have had a great experience with all of them. Pat, the night security, is a great, friendly person and has helped me numerous times when the office is closed. Lastly, Travon is the best maintenance worker out there. Very responsive and a great guy to be around. The Arrow staff is top tier in the UMN apartment landscape. Now the Arrow itself- cannot beat the prices. 4 bed 4 bath (hardwood floors) for under $750 is great for the area. Living in the Arrow was definitely one of the best decsions I made, hence my three year rent period."

"For the quality and how new the building is, the price is very reasonable. I never encountered any serious issues while my one year period of living here, although I do wish there was a bigger hot water supply since I would sometimes have to delay my shower when the hot water was out. The location is great and I appreciated how close it was to campus, many businesses including a grocery store and 2 pharmacies, and the light rail station. The average Google rating for this building is low due to many negative reactions in the initial years of the building opening. There was delayed construction which frustrated many students. However if you look at the dates of the reviews, you will notice that most of the recent reviews are very high."

"I think a lot of the low reviews here are from previous management, which definitely does NOT do this place justice at all. This has gotten to be the best student housing apartment I've lived in. I think the biggest plus here is how quick the maintenance team is. I can literally put in an order and I'd have everything fixed within 30 minutes to an hour, if not even right away sometimes. Shout out to Trevon for the amazing maintenance job for sure! Amy the leasing office manager is also super prompt in answering any inquiries that you may have, and it's through text messages so it's literally instantaneous. Overall, the new management team is very impressive. They are super communicative with many email reminders and they are definitely on top of instant email updates in case of any emergencies. They have also updated their packaging system and door lock system, which can be done through your own code on a phone application so it's very secured. They also have family community that always give out free food and drinks weekly, which is definitely a big plus for college students like me. Now that I have moved onto a new chapter, I definitely very much appreciate what The Arrows has done for the past 2 years! Very much highly recommend for all students out there!"
