"Before we came her I got an email offering me a discounted upgrade so I fell for it and did it. The upgrade ended up costing $136 instead of $50. Then they wanted me to show them the offer but our stay was over so there was nothing when we clicked on the link. The restaurant we made reservations for, but when we went down there someone would look at us and look away. After feeling really dumb standing there for 10 minutes we bought a $10 sandwich and went up to our room for our snacks we brought. My daughter was bouncing around the room and found a empty yogurt container (gross) and peanut butter container in our “clean room”. Also the maid skipped our room and we had to use the text to order new towels. There is also no directions on how to order room service. It was a great weekend and a beautiful view. Just the dirty room and feeling like I got scammed on the discounted upgrade wasn’t part of the good."

"Everything about our stay was exceptional!! From the managers Helene and Kevin checking in about our stay and responding to any questions or inquiries with quick and very friendly responses. The room was clean and comfortable. The valets were very helpful upon arrival and bell hops were very quick and extremely friendly with their luggage service. The housekeepers as well were all very friendly and left our room neat and clean with special attention to details. We also very much enjoyed the very convenient location of how the hotel connected to the Minneapolis Convention Center via the Skyway. We will definitely choose to stay here again. Exceptional hospitality goes a long way in today’s world."

"5 ☆ Customer Service! The front desk was so accommodating. The manager and desk attendant went above and beyond to switch rooms for my kids and I. The bellman was extremely helpful (and exhibited extreme patience with my children). The staff provided terrific restaurant recommendations, provided insider, Minneapolis resident information regarding parking and transportation. Overall, the staff made our stay a terrific experience!"

"I could not have been more pleased with my stay here. The hotel was beautiful and my room was fantastic. My room was immaculate and the bed and pillow was very comfortable. The staff was also extremely friendly everywhere. I am also extremely grateful for an early check in that literally saved my entire trip and allowed me to get sleep and be a functioning human being! The bar was very lively and fun the Saturday night I went. Food was excellent too. 5 stars. I'd absolutely stay here again."

"I had a great first experience staying at the Hilton Minneapolis. The newly remodeled lobby is expansive and gorgeous. Plenty of seating for eating, working, or connecting with friends. It is definitely a busy place for those attending conferences and business meetings due to its central location, but it still shines as a classy hotel. The rooms are nice but nothing too fancy. I found the bed a bit worn but it got the job done. The rooms are clean and come with all the amenities you could need. Enjoy a dip at the pool, a workout in the gym, or sweat in the sauna. Parking is a large underground parking ramp attached to the hotel. It's very safe and clean. I paid about $30 for a 2-day parking pass with in and out privileges-- ask at the front desk upon arrival for this option! I did contact less check-in through the app which worked quiet well 90% of the time as a virtual room key. I had exceptional service from maintenance at 11:45 pm -- when I returned to my room after a wedding I tried to turn on the bathroom sink and water started spraying from under the sink! I hadn't had issues prior and called the hotel main line. Within 5 minutes someone was there to repair the issue and was done within 10 minutes! Exceptional!!!"
