"An ok stay at Graduate Minneapolis. I honestly felt it was an upper scale college dorm with private rooms rather than a hotel. This may not be for everyone but I had to go with it due to location on the campus of UMN. What I did not like was the front desk staff interactions and lack of experience. It is obvious that they appoint newish college students or grads to run things and with this comes lack of experience and mistakes. My check in process was very poor, the front desk staff was rushing things and did not have any desire to tell me about the facilities and amenities. The check out was also horrible and they made a mistake charging my card when they were not supposed to and I had to wait few days for a refund. The lobby and elevators were always full of college students and loud noise. The only highlight was the comfy bed as others have noted. I will try my best to avoid this brand in the future."

"Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. But. The bathroom was TERRIBLE!!! Only hot water out of the faucet. Cold did not work. Drain plug was partially closed. Did not drain very well. The shower was leaking so you really didn’t get a shower. Told the front desk about it and got a smile and nod. This is supposed to be a better hotel? Not really. Recommend? Highly doubt it!!!!"

"Room was clean and quiet. The location near the hospital was great. Staff was relatively friendly and helpful. From there, absence of a microwave and having only instant coffee in the room left us a bit puzzled. Breakfast is not included leaving only the location as the redeeming factor."

"Perfect stay for a hospital visit. Nice clean room, comfy bed, quiet...what more could you need. Well, laundry facilities would have made it close to perfect. Had to do two small loads of wash while I was here and drove to the laundrette to get it done."
