"I’ve always felt safe here and love the convenient location that’s 10-15 minutes from just about any location in the Twin Cities. It’s right by the freeway, downtown, for an easy commute. There’s a functional gym and grassy area for pets in the back. Building is well insulated for winter (I’ve never needed the heating). Maintenance requests are promptly fulfilled. The parking garage is small and easy to navigate. My renovated apartment is gorgeous. The interior of the hallways maybe looks a little dated, but it’s clean. You can tell the management cares about the tenants with how responsive and kind Tammy is. I’m only moving out to move in with a roommate across town where there are more restaurants and shops that I can walk to."

"Convenient location. Quiet apartment complex however occasional sirens in the distance. Clean but most of all, amazing leasing manager who goes above and beyond for tenants, Kathleen is very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. I didn't take an upgraded apartment hence not giving it a 5star but it is good enough for my short stay( short-term lease that's a plus)"
