"I've had more negative experiences an positive experiences in the less than 3 months of living here. From day one management treats you terribly. Not started moving in yet and was accused of hitting someone's car and more problems with underground parking. Two doors for the garage but 95% of the building has the same side door opener. Lots of backing up to get in or out. The walls are super thin. You can here your next door neighbors TV. Close your door and every dog starts barking. Not to mention there are only two washer and dryers per a floor of 15+ units. Every time you have company over you have to go downstairs to open the door. Can't just buzz them in it's broken. I guess it goes with the cheap update they did."

"Management gossips about employees and resident. Only cares about the property when director is involved. Maintenance here is amazing. They try their best to keep up with the old piping - leakages and overflows of toilets or dish washers happen often. Renters insurance is key here for that’s the only thing that will cover damages to your personal belongings whether you caused the leakage or not. Noise complaints are not taken seriously here, there is oh so much they will do. Not the best move in, move out environment- a lot of stairs and not so big hallways. Lost pets happened a few times here, cats in hallways on first floor let out without owner noticing, dogs on property in hallways or outside with out owner has happened a few times in the last two years I’ve lived here. Management does not treat their employees well. Some employees are not aware of it for when they are around management is really nice to them but behind their backs it’s gossip and immaturity in this space. It’s ridiculous and needs to be investigated."

"Hands down worst living experience I've ever had. Upon moving in, my roommates and I immediately noticed how dirty our unit was. You are treated as a costumer, not a tenant. Except in this store, the customer is always at fault. Maintenance acts as if they will handle issues immediately, then forget about you until you run into them around the building and that's if you're lucky. Communication is nonexistent from the maintenance all the way up to the senior portfolio director. Do not expect any call ahead when there is an issue within your unit. Do not expect any privacy. Maintenance regularly shows up unannounced and if you do not answer immediately, they let themselves in, even though they are clearly notified to call ahead by multiple tenants. This happened to another tenant while she was showering. If you do live here, go over everything with a fine tooth comb because they will blame you for everything that is not up to standard. There are domestic disputes regularly, often needing police intervention. Unless you are absolutely backed into a corner, do not live here. There are plenty of new apartments that are just as affordable in Eagan, with updated appliances not from the early 90s."

"I lived here for a year. My experience with has been great so far. There have been times that there would be dog poop inside the stairwells and the stairwells sometimes smelled like cigarettes (they were a smoking property, but have gone to a none smoking property). Other then that my time there was wonderful. The location is great if you like to walk to destinations or if you want to be close to lots.The staff is always fantastic. Love Stacy and Misty in the leasing office. I always go in there and they always have smiles on their faces. I really appreciate their warm personalities."

"We've lived here over a year now, and it's a great place to live. It's a good size for its price, the location and surroundings are great, the fitness room is satisfactory, and the pool is nice. It's not overly clean and sometimes things stay a little outdated, but things are generally taken care of and any issues are pretty easy to work around. Office staff has been very nice and helpful, and the other residents are all friendly, too. I also think it's cool what a mix of people the place gets, young and old and many different backgrounds and jobs. Not a place for someone who is super fussy, high-maintenance, or doesn't like pets, but I have no complaints."
