"This is my 3rd stay here and the non-smoking room is the nicest I have seen and the bathroom has a tub and is a great size (other rooms have tiny bathrooms and some only showers). Staff are real without that fake customer service BS. Connie is a sweetheart. I am on an extended stay and am grateful for the place."

"My family has been in hotels since Christmas eve. We have been to many in the months since staff and managers have been amazing everywhere we went. The staff were amazing here however the managers are rude. Called the police on one person for being $20 short and are filing a report on my family and I for leaving a mess when they made us rush leave so we had no time. Price was good. No respect from owners."

"We stayed there for a night well I didn't find any bugs in our room but it was dirty not cleaned at all hair on the pillow cases and room smelled like urine. I used cleaners as it was late and we needed to sleep. Definitely not worth $90 a night. I wouldn't reccomend single women to stay there our window had no screen or lock so anyone could of snuck in. They do have a washer and dryer on site so I washed the bedding on the bed before I went to sleep. Found a crack pipe in the bathroom mirror thing. Towels had stains the curtain had mildew growth behind it. Fridge had ice buildup in it. Crumbs all over the bed under the sheets. Wouldn't recommend it to people who like to feel safe and clean while they sleep."

"Do I have to assign a star? I would give it zero stars if I could. We checked in on December 23rd and the bathroom was a disaster with the window wide open in freezing cold weather. The guy fixed it with plastic over it. We had to leave to meet family members so didn't notice anything else until we came back later. We found we had no TV, roaches in the cable box, no hot water, and just a painfully terrible experience that could have easily ruined our Christmas weekend. We noticed that the pipe for the shower head was stuffed with rags all around it. The drain in the tub had caulking sticking up all around it and the entire bathroom was just filthy. Had we had hot water, which we didn't, I would have been afraid to use that facility to bathe. The pictures on the website all show phones in the rooms, no phone existed. I can't say enough bad about this place. I cannot believe anyone would assign more than 1 star for this place. I should have read all reviews before I booked online."
