Candlewood Suites Eagan Arpt South - Mall Area, an IHG Hotel 4675 Rahncliff Road, Eagan, MN 55122

"What an all-around great experience at this Candlewood Suites property. I typically do not go out of my way to give reviews, aside from the post-stay email asking for my rating, however this property deserves it. From the moment my party and I walked in, we got a pleasant welcome from their front desk clerk (Mar 13 afternoon shift). We booked into a 2 double, 2 room suite and it was perfect for all of us. You could tell the hotel recently did a thorough renovation, leaving no stone unturned. Very comfortable beds, great temperature control system, ample parking, and a nice pool area. For those travelling to the Twin Cities to shop at Mall of America, Twin Cities Outlets, or catching a game in either city, the location of this hotel is unparalleled, being a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the cities proper but less than a 20 minute drive from both. This property has definitely become both my new go-to in the Twin Cities, and one I have already recommended to family and friends."

"We stayed for 2 nights and we were quite impressed with the staff. A gentleman was working most of the time we were there, (hope he got a break), and he was kind, courteous & super helpful. The rooms were clean & it was a perfect fit for our family. We'd definitely stay at this location again. Wish we would've gotten his name would like to give him kudos!"

"Had an excellent stay on a trip with my family of 5. Room was spacious, pool was clean and not overly busy, snack area had all the odds and ends we needed. D at the front desk was welcoming and wonderful at check in and every time we needed anything. Look forward to coming back!"

"I took off a star because they don't have a breakfast anymore. That really is a huge deal breaker for us. Wish they would reconsider serving breakfast. Also our key cards stopped working FOUR times during our stay which caused us to be locked out of the room and having to go to the front desk for new cards. That was really inconvenient. Other then that hotel is really nice and the room we had fit us perfectly. It's also pretty close to everything which is really nice."

"Checked in and guy at registration was rude went to the room and temp for the room was 66 so we turned the heat up. I also had to call down stairs cause the toilet was clogged from previous tenants. We had to leave that room at 130 am to go to another room cause the heat was working then the key system was down so we went down to get a room key for the room they gave us a master key to get in but had to bring it all the way back down said they would be up in a few with a new room key and hour later I call down and told them to just slide it under the door next morning woke up and no key so we packed are stuff up again and went down stairs .they said for my inconvenience they will put 4000 points on my rewards so I waited 14 days and nothing I call them back and they said they can only do 2500 in points that doesn't even cover half a night stay in one of there motel I don't recommend staying here they don't care what happens and are lazy."
