"Dirty, had to clean the filter for the air conditioner. It was so plugged it barely ran. Cobwebs everywhere, the drafty windows were super noisy when it was windy."

"Booked this room through an online travel site. Hotel insisted that the room was not prepaid. It was. They also charged more than the reservation. Now I'm spending time fixing this. Front desk and manager were far less than helpful. Avoid this place."

"Service has been beyond fantastic from all of the staff. Super accommodating and super understanding. The room has been great and I've never had any issues. Would recommend over all the other local hotels I've stayed at for sure."

"I worked for this company for a year and here is what I know. Both Eagan hotels accepted Dakota county homeless community and with that come drugs, violence, and mental illnesses. I had to watch my back while working, because you never know. When some thing was going to pop off. There were only two housekeepers at both hotels. There was always a shortage. Of supplies, sheets, towels, cleaning supplies, everything. if you stay at the Eagan hotels, just know you’ve been warned."

"Where do i start? The receptionist has zero personality, Place is dirty and had a foul smell, NO HOT WATER!!! HAD TO TAKE A COLD SHOWER!! the grab and go breakfast is a joke, with no coffee available. I will never stay at one of these again and I will make sure my family and friends know better as well."
