"Worst place to live they will charge you even for the mice and Cockroaches that live there with you most of the people that are moving out are paying ridiculous amounts of money on repairs.. i think they are paying for the remodeling of the apartment they use to live"

"A friend lives here. It's very creaky throughout the building, you can hear everything. It always smells and the worst part is there are roaches. It's not the worst place though and the apartments themselves, you can manage the smell(hallways stink) from other people. The roaches unfortunately are hit or miss with trying to rid them."

"I don't know what business manages this property. It clearly shows that they don't have any interest in remodeling and or keeping the property up-to-date with maintenance and grounds maintenance. Overall my condo is nice but the floors are thin and you can hear everybody walking from a mile away. Better than the woods of Burnsville and better than the trailer park. This place could be better."
