"Honestly, I am not really sure how this is rated a 3 star hotel. The walls are paper thin. We woke up to a woman moaning at 4am. When I yelled "It's fake", the moaning stopped. The toilet in our room was broken. We let the front desk know and they did nothing to fix it. We had to keep filling the tank up with water in order for it to flush. I was so grateful that we only had one night here because we could not leave fast enough. After moaning myrtle, we checked out as fast as possible. We let the hotel know about the poor service, broken toilet, and moaning myrtle through a survey and the response we received was hopefully, we meet your expectations next time. There will not be a next time."
