"The leasing agent I met was very nice and welcoming. More than willing to answer any questions I had while visiting. The three stars are really just for the price of the apartment compared to the quality. While it’s a fine apartment, I feel that the size of the hallways and the rooms, combined with the quality of the apartment overall just isn’t worth the price they are charging for it. If it was listed for $200 or $300 less it would be more reasonable. The other amenities such as the pool, grills, playground, and dog park are quite nice though."

"Worst customer service since the beginning. Lady came up to the door to receive us in socks lol… then proceeded to tell us that our MIXED dog was not accepted cause he looked like a pit bull! My dog has not pit bull in him. Pit bull and Staffies are not the same. I had to leave, she is a dog breeder and apparently the dog lady of the community after all. I wouldn’t want to live in this place if this is how potential residents are treated."

"I've been living at Eagan Place for six years now and they've been nothing short of outstanding. The front office is amazing, and the few maintenance issues I've had have been resolved very quickly. The complex recently underwent a facelift and everything looks wonderful. The amenities were also upgraded. Eagan Place has been a great place to live and I hope to stay here for a long time."
