"The overall quality of the Edge is good enough. The staffs are in the building from Mon to Fri, even on weekend, in the current stage. The staffs are also very helpful, especially Alyssa Plunkett."

"I have never get my deposit money back, which is over 1000$, even though I went to their office three times and they said they will send me the check to my new address, still, nothing is happening over years now. They did mail me one check, but I wasn’t in MN and the check was already expired when I get it. GIVE MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?!???!!!!"

"My son's vehicle was vandalized in the parking garage. It is $150 per month for parking. There are cameras located right by my son's spot. I cannot get anyone from the management group to call me back. I have left repeated messages. I have filed a complaint through the resident portal app. A police report was filed. I even went to Twitter. Nothing. As many have said, the management group for this apartment complex is non-existent."

"I have had a great experience with Edge. I recently went on a tour from out of town and Catelyn (one of the leasing office staff) was exceptionally helpful. She made arrangements to help us view the property on a summer weekend when it is usually closed. Once I decided to sign, she was super helpful in working with me for an earlier move-in date for graduate school. Overall, I could not be more excited to live at Edge and it is definitely, in part, due to the leasing office staff!"
