"I lived here for a year in 2020-2021 and I can agree that management is not great in terms of they are hard to get ahold of and slow. But I would still give this apartment building an overall positive rating/recommendation because of the quality of the units they have here and especially for the price. Maybe it's different now but when I lived here, both my 1 roommate and I had private bedrooms (and mine was quite large as far as campus apartments go) with a private en suite bathrooms for only $660 a month. Plus the location is super convenient, close to campus and the highway and right above shops/restaurants if you're feeling lazy for food."

"LimeLight apartments are a poorly managed, unresponsive, and at times downright rude company with little regard for their tenants. There were many occasions where maintenance requests were filed and downright ignored for months. Three out of six of our washers/dryers were broken for the entirety of our lease. When we asked if it was possible to end our lease a few weeks early, we were ridiculed and laughed at by management. I have literally never written a review for anything before, but I thought I would do my fellow renters a favor. If I could rate it 0 stars I would."
