"We have lived at the Dinkytown Flats for 3 years while in college. We loved the building and our apartment in specific. It has been very reasonably price and the location in great. You are a short walk from all of the action of Dinkytown yet in a quieter location. Endeavor has been a very responsive property manager that enjoys working with the tenants. Very highly recommended this location if looking for somewhere in Dinky."
"Having lived here for over a year now I have had a terrible experience with management in terms of keeping the building secure. Parked my motorcycle in the "locked" garage but it still got stolen and management won't even look at the security camera footage to at least help the police. Not to mention the front door doesn't always shut leaving the question of why we even get key fobs considering the fact that the building is not secure at all.. Not a pleasant experience"
