"Lived here for several years. The management is excellent about keeping the place maintained and safe. The apartments are nothing fancy, but they're in good condition and maintenance is very quick to fix any issues. The building was very secure - three layers of locks made us feel comfortable - a locked outside door, locked door for each floor (separate key), and then your own apartment door too. The price was very reasonable. Laundry always worked and there was nothing unreasonable in the lease. I note that another person has left a review that mentioned losing security deposit - I don't know what went on for them, but we got pretty much all of ours back, and the amount that was kept was expected because of an issue on our part. I didn't feel at all scammed by them. As for the spiders, yes, there were some, but I'd hardly say that it was overrun with them, and they usually come with having trees near the building. There's not a lot that can be done about it. Our experience was very good and we found Green Corners to be attentive and helpful landlords."
