"I recently moved into the Spectrum Apartments and couldn't be happier with my decision. I'm looking forward to utilizing the beautiful pool this summer. With the nice temps this winter, I've already been able to use the spa and rooftop! Such a great bonus. Thank you to the wonderful and helpful staff for making my move so enjoyable. Keep up the great work!"
"I love living at Spectrum! Bailey is easily the best property manager I've ever had and truly cares for the residents. Maintenance requests were always completed very quickly, and the amenities are such a fun perk! The neighborhood is quiet and it's centrally located near a lot of great spots. I feel so cared for here!"
"I was there visiting a friend last Tuesday. the general manager she was really rude ! Harassing me all over the place when I went to pick up mi pizza no modal and very racist I m from NYC and I was looking forward to moving to MN but definitely that isn’t the place she’s very incompetent to manager a building . No empathy and no love and respect that is what we all need in those difficult times.. was a shame for me because she treated me as a criminal for small little issue my little dog 13 year old .. they said they are a pet friendly and they not:("
"I moved to the twin cities and into Spectrum a year ago and this is my favorite complex I’ve lived in by far! It honestly has everything you could look for in an apartment: location, pet friendly, gym, rooftop patio, free coffee, pool, year round hot tub, yoga studio, and a couple rooms for studying/working from home. The neighborhood is nice and walkable, multiple parks within walking distance and the Stone Arch Bridge is within walking distance too. Lots of restaurants at your disposal near Dinkytown but also some in the other direction, my favorite is Brasa. I35W is like 2-3 lights away but you don’t hear it and also it’s a straight shot to North Loop, Roseville,St. Paul and Como Regional Park. I have two dogs and I find that Spectrums setup is super nice especially during the winter you can stand inside and watch them through the windows and they allow any breed no matter the size which is nice for me since both of my dogs are on most breed restrictions lists. The management is honestly what does it for me though, Bailey keeps everyone in the loop, is super understanding, compassionate and respectful. She takes good care of the building and keeps all of the ducks in a row and maintenance has always responded to my requests quickly usually next day or so. The rooftop has nice views of the skyline which is super beautiful at night. Parking can kind of be a downside from time to time, especially with some of the businesses around the corner from the building but it stays kind of clear during the day and then again later at night once some of the businesses start wrapping up but definitely isn’t as bad as some neighborhoods like north loop or downtown."
"Spectrum used to be a great facility with great attentive management, but since the new management has taken over, attention and care by the current management has been nonexistent. I’ve felt used and taken advantage, and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. On one occasion I whitenesses a group of tenants get harassed in the parking lot by someone who claimed to work for the complex all because one of them drove the same vehicle as the employee in question. This unfair treatment and rash judgment on other tenants is unacceptable."
