"I feel the building is maintained adequately, certainly compared to some I've lived in -- but it used to be maintained *more than* adequately, and the decline over time is not a good trend. Staff are reasonably accessible/responsive, but seem stretched too thin. Also, what would it take to replace the missing "N" from the building address sign over the main entrance, and to do some very basic landscaping/upkeep on the exterior grounds?"

"They have bad maintenance. When you call them to tell them an emergency you have about this apartment they do not come to see the situation right away. We have had problems with our bathroom and they have not came to check in fix it. We have called four times they still have not came. It is very noisy. We have too many fire alarms,"

"Tried to schedule a tour since nov and still havent gotten one. They txt and email at their convenience and will wait days on weeks to respond. Ive heard from a few folks who lived there and gave reviews and their experience was also terrible. Wasting peoples time, money, or space comfort is a terrible way to run a apartment complex. Would not recommend. If they are terrible with communication before living there i can only imagine how frustrating it is once you live there how inconvenient they are. Would give 0 stars if i could"
