"I am HIGHLY EXCITED! Let me tell my story. Living here and there and sometimes abroad, gives meaning to the word Find! I had to find my way, find an apartment, find a job, find a neighborhood, find schools, etc. One of the most thrilling and exciting and fabulous things I just came upon was finding an apartment. I FOUND IT!!! Now, the Lake Street Station Apartments have become home!! When I first applied, I was very impressed with the layout of the building. I called and made an appointment. I met one of the most kindest, friendliest, and most professional persons that you would want to meet. Her name is Tiara! This woman explained every detail of the building, never once judging my background or current situation. Everytime we met from that day for any appointments or updates, she remained professional and friendly. She gave me hope. The staff alone that I met here were all generous and courteous! I felt right at home. Today, I move in! Hallelujah Jesus!! Tiara Blair, one of the leasing agents along with the other staff members were not only happy for me, they enjoyed my moment with me and welcomed me with open arms. I salute you all and KUDOS go out to Tiara Blair who hung in there with me all the way! YOU ROCK and God Bless you!!"

"SINCE CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT 6 MONTHS AGO: Bed bugs rats roaches,condemned units, cracks, sharp door handles, blood, body fluid ect on the floor, nails and baseboards falling off the wall, damaged fire doors, elevator fluids leaking inside elevator, Disrespectful management refuse to open door to call Ambulance for senior sick , residents locked out of community room due to bed bugs , residents locked out of roof top patio. Management yells and threatens seniors."

"I have enjoyed the ideas that Lake Street Station has accomplished. I was one of the first renters that moved in and i have seen many positive changes especially with Shanell and Tiera. They are a great staff. Any questions that i have they have been very sensitive to my needs. They bring great spirit and a great attitude about serving the residents at Lake Street Station. They have an heartfelt attitude for all residents. Their caring attitude makes this feel like a real home. I have seen people come and go but he right ones are staying. I love calling Lake Street Station my home."
