"After seeing the reviews I’m highly disappointed. I really wanted to consider these apartments but thank you everyone for your honest reviews. I hope the landlord and the owner take this matter seriously and make adjustments. This is unacceptable."

"The building itself, 4 stars. However, Management is a living nightmare and I would warn anyone that's considering moving here, not to! I've not even been a Tennant for a full year and this has been my experience: 1. Building staff disposed of property and some of my belongings the day I moved in (the items were in my paid parking space while we unloaded and waited for maintenance to cut a previous tennants lock off of my storage locker) and it took 6 months of me having to repeatedly prove this for them to refund me, only to have it entered incorrectly on my account. 2. During emergency maintenance needs over Thanksgiving the building's (still nonfunctional) phone line was inaccessible and I had to hire out plumbing work even though we are supposed to have 24 hr on-call support for emergencies. 3. The same issue with 24 hour support occured when the phone line wouldn't ring and said the number was disconnected. I hired a Locksmith and was eventually reimbursed for the job. 4. I have ESA animals which I've provided documentation for both physically and electronically. Management continually looses or misplaces this and has had to correct the issue on the payment ledger every month since move in. 5. I've had my bike stripped and parts stolen while secured to the rack in the underground parking garage. No security video provided after multiple requests from management. 6. My vehicle was broken into during a period that our garage door was malfunctioning and stuck open for days on end. Building management failed to notify tenants that this was a known ongoing issue. When footage was requested for the time period of the tampering it was brought to light that most of the parking spaces on my level are out of camera view. Long story long, Don't live here if you value communication, security, competent property management or common sense."

"Listen to the other low reviews and don’t rent here. Disgusting, dirty facilities and terrible maintenance here. Staff is unresponsive to requests, including the new management that just took over. They ripped out flooring and left us with carpet glue and wet cement in the halls with no notice, and continued to do it on lower floors even after people complained. They never follow up with even basic repairs. We have waited months and months, contacting them more than 10 times, for basic repairs to get our dishwasher and dryer functioning. They did not keep their promises of follow-ups even once. They fail to properly notify residents about major safety issues, thefts, shootings, and other concerns. They never clean the dog park or replace basic amenities like wipes in the gym or bags in the park, even after residents ask them repeatedly. I do not recommend this building. There is no effort to properly manage this area and there hasn’t been for a solid year. They delete low reviews, btw, so count those more."

"I know Flux is notorious for deleting 1 star reviews. I will keep reposting mine if it gets deleted. I don’t care. This is easily the worst apartment complex I’ve lived at. I see people leaving 5 star reviews after the leasing process without even experiencing living there yet… like why? Originally we picked this place because it had a lot of good restaurants and cafes within a 5-10 minute walk. The target was a 2 minute walk as well! It was so nice. It closed down in May and went downhill from there. The units themselves are pretty nice and comfy. Very spacious too! Upon moving in it was pretty dirty, and the dishwasher and microwave were broken. The washing machine was disgusting with buildup and dirt. Cabinets were flimsy and didn’t hold anything because they were missing pegs. That’s about it though! Unfortunately my upstairs neighbor had cinder blocks for feet and the stomping was constant. It’s supposed to be a smoke free community, but it just smells like weed, burnt chicken and feet in the hallways and elevators 24/7. Absolutely putrid. Garbage always overflowing. They never clean public areas (unless it’s the lobby). At LEAST 3 shootings happened within 200 ft of the apartment complex. One time at the apartment building itself. Somebody kept dumping a puddle of smelly fishy oily waste outside of my unit. This happened 3 times. The smell leaked into my unit and it took them forever to clean/shampoo the carpet. Had to practically beg for it to be cleaned. I told management about the door handle to the garbage shoot being broken. It was like this for weeks and people just threw their garbage in the hall. It’s on a busy street. People constantly parking in front of the parking garage so you couldn’t get out. The fire alarms will go off so often… and for a very long time too! It’s painfully annoying. I could literally go on and on. This place is listed as a “luxury” apartment but it is far from. Way too overpriced for the condition of the area. It is very unsafe now. I do not recommend, especially if you’re a young woman!"

Overall every team member made the leasing process seamless and stress-free. The office is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are promptly addressed. Overall, a top-notch leasing office that prioritizes resident satisfaction."
