"Male tenants are extremely loud and disruptive even late at night - and able to be heard from buildings away. The noise isn't limited to nighttime either; it can be at any times of the day on both weekdays and weekends and can include blaring music with a pounding bass. I live in the neighborhood and have been around as this overall beautiful apartment complex was being built. I found that even the noise from the construction crew was preferred to this (it wouldn't be occurring late at night!) and before this complex was built the neighborhood was very quiet. I just want to make it clear that if folks are intending to live in a quiet, serene environment this apartment complex will not be it as advertised in its current state with its tenants who appear inconsiderate of not only those around them certainly in the building but also everyone else in the neighborhood."

"Whitney took me on a tour of this gorgeous apartment complex! Bryanna was super friend on-site general manger! I’m still impressed by the details of these apartment. My favorite part had to be the local artists used for different art pieces throughout the building from the beautiful mural and wallpaper!! Highly recommend!"

"I moved to this property at the end of September and I absolutely love it. The building itself is absolutely beautiful! It’s luxurious yet homey. I have so much space in my unit, they really did a fantastic job with this property. I feel so safe living here and I love the location! So much good food around and right next to the highway so commuting is a breeze. I never would’ve thought I’d live somewhere so gorgeous, Akin completely exceeded my expectations! On top of that, management is so kind and helpful. Trust me, you will not regret living here, it’s perfect!"
