"Moved out more than 6 months ago and have yet to see my security deposit returned... every call goes to voicemail and I even went to their office today and noone was there... guess I'm gonna have to lawyer up to get my money back. Avoid this place, it's clearly gone downhill since covid began.. Updated to 3 stars after 2 years: I did end up getting my security deposit back, but I had to heckle them for it. This was a few years back. In hindsight, the experience wasn't really that bad. Sometimes, I miss living downtown and the lasalle apartments."

"I've lived at LaSalle Apartments for a month and have had only good experiences. Management (Tim, Michelle) is very respectful and communicative, and maintenance is super responsive. The building itself is very nice too with fast elevators and thick walls; I've never heard any of my neighbors for more than a brief second. The location is hard to beat; it's skyway connected, 2 blocks away from Target, and a few blocks away from many of the main work buildings."

"I've been a tenant at LaSalle Apartments for 8 years. Its very centrally located with everything you need within walking distance to. Management is does a very good job maintaining the building and responsive to any requests. I've always enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone."

"They're unprofessional and wasted my time. We set up an appointment to tour the facility but they never showed up I called and left a message. I left and was almost back to work when they called me back to do the tour saying they were busy with someone else. We attempted to do the tour 20 minutes after the scheduled time but they told me I needed an ID to tour, which they didn't tell me when I set up the tour. Just over all very unprofessional and do not feel comfortable doing any sort of business with someone like that. They clearly just want your money and don't care about people and their time."
