"One of the worst buildings in Loring Park area. The building is overcrowded because people sign a lease then move in friends and family that stay permanently. 1 bedroom apartments have 3-5 people with pets living in them but only charged for 1 person which is making good tenants that play by the rules very upset. When the sun goes down the building is loud like one big frat party. Lot’s of alcohol and drugs and Corporate and Management is very aware of this but lets it happen and it’s gets worse every year. There are rules to follow of course but nothing is EVER enforced. Tenants that have been evicted come back and stay with friends in the building. Anything goes in this building and no rules are ever enforced."
