Lucille Apartments 1025 Northeast Main Street, Minneapolis, MN 55413

"If you get home from work after 5 pm, prepare to walk 2-3 blocks every single day to get to and from your car. The parking here has become an absolute atrocity after the new neighboring complex was built. Everyone parks extremely inconsiderate, and there are 0 availabilities for the $200 parking space. I get home from work at 5 and usually have to park at least 2 blocks away… and the snow hasn’t even hit yet so it’ll only get worse from here! Also, fair warning this place is “eco” with their energy and your wifi is included, this just means that the appliances are garbage and so is the electricity, wifi isn’t that great either. I can’t use a small vacuum in any room but the bathroom (power will cut immediately), and don’t plan on playing a PlayStation/Xbox, the circuit will short in a matter of minutes. We can’t get out of here fast enough!"

The gym is large with a surprising amount of equipment for an apartment gym. My neighbors were quiet and respectful (the people living here tend to be young adults). Our maintenance requests were serviced quickly. The surrounding area is quiet and has plenty of street parking. It's everything you would hope for from an apartment building."
