"I have been here for 5 years. It’s a big complex and it’s about the only place that takes section 8. Like all apartments there is a lot of turn over. The place has had problems. For 3 years before this new management Jessica. And the really good maintenance men here now. There were heat problems and the old maintenance men did not speak enough English and they lied. I know a lot about HVAC and plumbing. This year there was no heat in my apartment during a 10 day stretch below zero temperatures. With my knowledge and Jessica the office manager. There were 6 maintenance men over the course of 24 hours. And hot water during Winter. I was lucky to take a 5 minute shower twice a week. Now there’s hot water all the time. Even with people washing clothes In hot water. I don’t have a section 8 voucher anymore. Glad to be off of it. The rent is like everywhere else. Cub is Nextdoor, a smoke shop and car repair. The bus runs pretty often right by the driveway. Three blocks to the freeway. A few miles to the airport and Mall of America. . I’m in bldg 103 and we have a good building pretty quiet. I’m like the caretaker here. I don’t have to say anything to anyone. I just keep my eyes and ears open. There are 1 and 2 bedrooms here. A washer and dryer in every floor. Maria not Jessica is the property manager. City limits is improving pretty good pace now. I just signed a new lease."
