"The leasing office personnel are extremely rude. I called in today, August 1, 2022, around 2:50 p.m. She picked up the phone, said something gibberish, put me on hold, and then hung up on me. When I called back, she kept hanging up. I called again, and she hanging up. These people see their jobs as nothing more than collecting welfare from Sherman Associates' payroll. They're not doing their job. They're just passing the time while playing on their phones. This is a revolting sight. I hope this company goes bankrupt right away"

"Aweful experience attempting to contact them about their advertised availabilities. Called multiple times, left multiple voicemails only to get a call back not acknowledging their lack of response. After all that, I still scheduled a tour and no one contacted me or even showed up to the apartment for the tour. It's a shame their tenant services are this aweful when their remodeled designs solid."
