"You cannot get a hold of anyone in the office. How hard it is to call someone when they get approved for an apartment? Seriously how do you get hold of anyone? When you go the building they are always on break or staff do not who is in charge or what is going on. Needs a new managment ASAP"

"I applied for a unit back in August, for one reason or another I was declined, I have yet not received my deposit back a little over $300.00, they refused to give corporate office number and I have logged 14 calls, and 4 emails as me reaching out to them with no response or returns, which I spoke with a Shawnese 1 time to say she was looking into this and still no other communication this is now October I need my money back"

"This place was great! I hate to read the bad hate here. I know I'm still a kid but this place is my childhood I lived here for a really long time and I loved it. I did not have a room but I was ok!"

"Tours at their discretion... I spoke directly with property manager throughout the week and booked a 9am Friday tour. 9:20 doors were still locked but staff inside. 9:30 maintenance finally lets me in. I speak with the property manager who informs me they have no availability for renters receiving assistance. Mind you I never provided my income nor do I qualify. Feels great to be judged like that... The receptionist takes my name and tells me to wait as a guide will be by shortly. After sitting for 15-20 minutes I am informed corporate is there and they cannot do tours despite 2 others leaving before mine. An intern then tells me the property manager who I just spoke to was out of office today, and she would get me her card. Same email I had been communicating with. I have reached out multiple times and now get sent straight to voice-mail. Briefly walked property before leaving. Giant potholes in parking lot, abandoned cars(still there on recent visit 2 months later) and overflowing dumpsters. Seems like I dodged a bullet."

"Heritage Park & Staff are by far THE worst company I have ever dealt with. Our family is an active duty family and we were treated less than poorly. We have at least 10 years of rental history given we have lived all over the world & have NEVER encountered such disgusting exchange from a management company. We were charged erroneous late fees, our rent was “misapplied” to other tenants accounts MORE THAN ONCE, & the management company refused to do routine upkeep of the townhouse we rented for 3 years. On top of these things, the management staff is the epitome of unprofessional. The manager lied about having our carpet replaced after a mice infestation that was caused by our neighbors! When we won in housing court they got angry & sent us a “non renewal of lease” letter albeit we had already decided we wouldn’t renew for a 4th time. The location is great & the property under a different management company has so much potential but unfortunately under this current company IT IS THE GHETTO! I do not recommend ANYONE who can afford to pay full market price to live here. You won’t get anything of value. As you can see from this lengthy review list, Heritage Park Apartments doesn’t deserve your business or money."
