"Where do I begin. Let’s start with the number of managers we have had in 3 years. I believe we are up to 15. The managers are not trained by there previous manager. For example, we have had two new managers for a couple of months. Neither one knows what they are doing. Calibrate Management hired a head property manager for three properties. This person is lacking knowledge as well. The turn over rate is high. There is a group of us who have been here for 3 years. I doubt any of us will be here when our lease terminates. Safety, is the number one problem. They have Kasa a rental organization renting out short term rentals. The management does not care if strangers are in the building due to Kasa folks not keeping aware of our surroundings. Today I have a toliet issue. I have been waiting 40 minutes for someone to contact me about when the emergency person is showing up. I called myself. Typical. Maintenance is also an issue. Trash everywhere, this is suppose to be a higher end apartment building it is low rental."

"I wish there was a negative, but sadly, it’s a 1–5 rating. The pure Lowry apartment management stinks. The regional manager himself stinks; he is not even up to date about things. I would say so much, but they all lack communication too."

"I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves one. I lived here over 2 years and most of the negative reviews are true. I stayed because of the larger 1 bedroom living space for the price, which I split with my partner. Originally parking was a good deal too, but mid-lease they increased the garage parking price by 30% per month. The main sticking point for me was the Kasa units. They started these after we moved in, and as other reviewers said, it’s essentially Airbnb run by management. There was a stabbing by a guest that included late night kicking on doors and police. Management said nothing to residents about this afterward and when I brought it up, they completely discounted our concerns. The lack of safety I felt living there was entirely due to Kasa. That sucks for us residents, as these strangers who stay for a weekend have no sense of obligation to uphold or contribute to a positive rental community. The gaslighting by management in response to our complaints really shows how much more they care about making money than ensuring a safe living environment for their residents."

"I was a resident here for almost 3 years. There are a lot of negative things I could say, but most were out of their control. The only thing I would point out is the Kasa units are a horrible idea. They’re essentially airbnb units where randos come thru and make the place feel extremely unsafe. We’ve had a stabbing on our floor due to this unit. Management handled the situation horribly. Like I said, there were worse things that have happened here than this stabbing but those were out of their control. I would not recommend living here due to the revolving door of terrible management and Kasa units."

"Literally the worst apartment that I’ve ever stayed at! I feel unsafe, I can’t even walk out of my apartment without seeing someone doing drugs in the parking lot or random homeless people sleeping by the doors or entryways. Not to mention the parking! You can pay for parking, have a permit, accidentally park in the wrong spot and get towed immediately. Cars get towed left and right. They’d rather pay for a towing company than to pay to get a security guard around this place. My packages have been stolen. If I have to write a paragraph each day about how horrible this place is I will! Do not live here. There are other places that have way better qualities in the city than this dump."
