"I had to go through 3 different people only to be told the property manager was out for a week and they had no way to access the property, they said they would contact me once they were back and I never heard anything from them again. If you're going to try to jump the many many hurdles into this place, the phone number on the site goes to VM that isn't monitored, you have to email them."
"I normally would not leave reviews and I tried overlooking the negative reviews here. However, the representative that answered was very unprofessional and rude. I called to inquire about potential units and rates with other questions, however after two shortly and impolitely answered questions the representative just hung up. If I could give a zero for service I would."
"I don't even leave here, but I was inquiring about pricing and information so I could tour and possibly move there. I can't even get anyone to reply to me so I can only imagine how it would be to live there. I texted the number on the website as instructed (Because they won't put pricing online)... and got no reply. 5 days later I send an email with all my questions. Surprisingly enough I get a response from the VP, Joel Friese, within a few hours, BUT he didn't answer not one of my questions. He just said "Let me know if you have any questions" as if he didn't even read my email. So I resent my original email in response to his... no response again from anyone. Pretty disappointing when even in the title of the complex it says it's supposed to be a "Definition of Luxury" apartment yet it's treating potential residents like this."
"Our 2b/2b apartment is a nicer unit with a loft; we paid 2500 which included garage parking. When we moved in, there was a long list of things not finished on the inside; cosmetic things that we were willing to look past though. They never did finish them though despite our move in stating the issues. We also had a keychain with every apartment left in our unit when we moved in. We emailed management to ask if they wanted them and they never responded. Also someone clearly lived in our "brand new apartment" before we did and we were told by multiple sources that non-paying tenants squatted here prior to our move in. This was probably due to mgmt leaving apartments unlocked with keys and garage openers inside (confirmed by myself) and (obviously) not really checking on the complex. Our apartment gets a lot of road noise from Lyndale. We can actually hear people talking in a normal voice 5 stories up with our windows closed. Cleanliness of the grounds, garage and common spaces is subpar for a "luxury apartment." I have lived in many complexes and this is by far the dirtiest. I was told by mgmt they clean the garage once a year. In regards to the building's security, 3 entrances and exits have malfunctioned on more than one occasion. Management does have the issues fixed but again, quality control is likely the issue here. Also packages have been stolen regularly from our "mail area". Mgmt claims they are looking into a more secure packaging system. They also have no interior security cameras. The most concerning issue to us was a bullet came through our bedroom window 4/12 due to unrest in uptown. Fortunately we were not physically injured. This was not the apartments fault. However when we moved out August 2021, we still had a bullet hole in our bedroom window. They said it will take time to order a replacement. These are not mosaic hand blown glass tiles made in Italy, just regular window panes...Due to the emotional toll of all of this, we kindly asked to be let out of our lease. We were told there is no grounds to ever be let out of our lease and we could find a subletter (and pay fees of course) if we want. We tried for 2 months to sublet but no one did...eventually though we came to terms with the owner, a real estate company in SoCal. The management team is 10th floor, which manages a lot of apartments in the area. They seem quite young and over stretched. We were asked to sign a release stating we would not post "inaccurate" statements about them; I assure you the above is accurate. The apartment unit itself was fine. I wish we would have picked another apartment in retrospect."
