I have had a great experience with all the staff and response time is always quick and are always accommodating. "Great apartments and community! Very comfortable and well appointed units and common area. The staff is friendly, attentive and responsive. The maintenance and housekeeping teams keep everything running smoothly and looking clean. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, night life and the chain of lakes! I love the community sponsored events from a block party to breakfasts to wellness events! It is a wonderful place to live!"
"I’ve been at Blue since mid January and I’ve really been enjoying it. I love that there’s 24/7 security. Uptown is an awesome place to live but definitely not the safest. I’ve only had to file one maintenance request, and it was dealt with very promptly and professionally. Leasing, maintenance, security and all other staff is very friendly when I see them. The dog park is great, and the gym is awesome. I’m excited for the summer time to utilize the pool. All around great experience so far!"
"I recently toured and signed with Blue Apartments. The leasing agent, Dane Blake, was top notch! From the tour and information that he provided, I truly felt "at home" immediately. The location, building, amenities and unit were exactly what I was looking for. I've lived Downtown Chicago for the past 10 years and this location/neighborhood is the best comparison to what I consider true city living, in the city of Minneapolis. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking in the area and specifically recommend Dane to help guide you through the process!!"
