"Third North is one of my favorite apartment complexes in the downtown/north loop area. You will always be greeted by Nancy and Mike with the biggest smiles. They truly make Third North feel like home. They care more about the people (and pets) than any other apartment I’ve lived at. The amenities are great and well kept and the dog park next door is a big bonus! Definitely stop in if you’re looking for the next place to call home!!"

"I lived here for about 3 years. It's a great location and a nice building. The employees are all very friendly and maintenance is very fast. My only minor complaint is that they don't always respond to emails. Not a big issue since you can just go into the office and talk to them directly. Overall, I highly recommend living here."

Not only do they do a superior job in the expected apartment rental areas (quick and helpful maintenance, efficient package reception, cleanliness of shared space and garage, etc...), but the staff blew my mind in their willingness to go the extra mile.
