"Cute building and appreciate how pet friendly it is. However, since I moved in, the garage door has failed to work properly. I often have to sit and wait for it to try and open multiple times before I can get in. It also struggles to close too, which makes me anxious leaving my car in there. The garage has supposedly been “fixed” at least three times since moving in. The building itself is cheaply made. I can hear the people above me talking, walking around, and even when their phones go off in the morning. I’m disappointed that I pay as much as I do for parking and rent and I haven’t felt comfortable in this building for the 7 months I’ve lived here."

"Although the building and neighborhood are nice and there are no breed restrictions, which I appreciate, my experience living here has been negative overall and I can’t wait for my early move out in February. Maintenance requests go unresolved and the resident above me has no area rugs and loudly stomps around, cleans and moves and drops furniture items both consistently and very late at night. I have been woken up after working very long days on numerous occasions. The elevator frequently smells like pot, residents don’t clean up after their dogs and the garage is not temperature controlled. All of my personal items were stolen from the garage as well. I give 5+ stars for dog friendliness, 4 stars for building/neighborhood aesthetics and 4 stars for property management response to texts and emails, but everything else is zero. No move in gift, no holiday decor…has more of a transient feel than a home."

"Nice building, but few days after moving in car was broken into and totaled. Apartment does not have secure parking available for renters. My window in my apartment does not open and close properly. Between Maintenance and the Builders its been a few weeks waiting for the window to be fixed. Nice apartments but I am expecting there are better out there if you can search more, probably in a safer neighborhood."
