"Amazing renting experience. lived on 400 6th Ave SE in a small studio. Never had any issues with the amenities and the staff was always accommodating. The location was exceptional. Very close to the Stone Arch bridge, UMN campus and right in the beautiful neighborhood of Marcy Holmes."

"I lived here for two years, hands down best rental experience I've ever had. It's a small staff (maybe 5-6 employees) that manage multiple buildings in the neighborhood, but they do a fantastic job. No surprises or gotchas during move in/out, just real professional management. Common spaces, indoor and outdoor, are always clean. Maintenance requests never lasted more than one business day for me. An off street parking spot being included in rent is one of the most underrated things here. I know several people in the area paying anywhere from $125-200 per month in order to park off street. On the subject of parking lots, they are one of my only complaints. My car was hit several times in the lot leaving minor scratches and dents, and because they have no cameras, the people just left without even trying to contact me, so I was never able to seek damages to make any repairs. Overall 5 stars no doubt, I would recommend SAV to any of my friends or family."

"I spent 6 years living at St. Anthony Village apartments and could not have asked for a better apartment experience. The apartments are fairly simple and don't include a long list of amenities, but the price, location, and management far more than make up for this. Maintenance requests are handled extremely promptly, the management and maintenance people are all friendly, reasonable, and easy to work with. I rarely write online reviews, but felt that it was the least I could do to say thanks to the SAV Team after 6 great years!"
