"I’m torn about this place. Most of the workers especially the maintenance crew were great! And I loved my unit but the leasing office was always changing and communication wasn’t the best . I would have given a higher rating but my move out process brought it down. My biggest gripe is that when moving out I was informed I wasn’t going to be charged for anything which i was shocked as typically apartments are sticklers. So I kept asking the property manager if they were sure, and they confirmed they were and said they are pretty relaxed when it came to move out fees . I was even told since I moved out on the weekend that I would only be charged if I left a huge mess which I totally didn’t. Welp! Turns out they did indeed charge me for cleaning despite telling me I wouldn’t be charged. And when I reached out for clarification (twice!) I was ignored. Very shady. So beware and get everything in writing!"

The leasing staff, Vincent and Amelia and maintenance crew, Edwin and Norbert are very attentive to whatever needs arise and very quick to respond. Plus, they're all very friendly. The building itself is in wonderful condition. Zero complaints from me."

The amenities are fantastic, and the rooftop overlooking Northeast with a view of downtown is one of my favorite places to grill and relax. The property manager Reshal has been extremely accommodating whenever I've had questions or requests and has been a pleasure to work with!"
