"I am a current resident in oak run townhomes. I must say, I have enjoyed living here overall. The community is very safe, the neighbors are quiet, respectful and friendly. Most of all, the staff has been very cooperative and timely with any requests we have made. Parking is never an issue for residents. Things included in this townhouse include washer/dryer in unit as well as oven/stove/microwave and dishwasher. Utilities were generally fairly cheap and town house stayed relatively warm throughout the winter months, so heat was never very expensive. Also, townhouse is very close to several stores and restaurants. Overall, very pleased with living here! Caretaker is amazing and does such a great job with anything that needs fixing in a timely manner and also with keeping our outdoor environment looking great. I enjoy seeing all the beautiful flowers!"
