"Rented in 2020. Absolutely worst rental experience of my life. Paid an additional $60 every month to be able to park behind the building and almost daily, maintenance would be blocking the entrance. When I brought this up with the office, Ashely suggested giving up my parking space that I had already paid for to have access to for the month. Ashley in particular was extremely rude and unhelpful. Maintenance would should up without giving a 24 hour notice and would not leave any notes to explain why they had been there. Anywhere is better than this place."

"Lived here about a year. It’s nothing fancy but it’s a fine place to live, I don’t have any major gripes with the building. I don’t have a car and I love it, lots of fun things to do in the area. I can bike and walk to everything I need. The Loring Park neighborhood is the best to live in IMO in Minneapolis. Management is pretty good, it’s nice that they have a on-site caretaker. I’ve rented with mega corps before and this is much better. If your thinking of moving here I really recommend ditching your car. Cars are expensive, terrible, and slowly (or not so slowly) smoldering the planet. But… if you insist it’s alright to have a car here. Honestly though, if you ever need a car you can just use the Hourcar up the road or use an Evie."

"The management does not respond to issues. Bugs, rodents, heat doesnt work. Landlord showed my apt 7 times the last month i lived here. When I complained he said “this is a business.” Dont live here youll regret it."

"Had rodents twice and had to call 6 times before they told me it would be a week before they could get to me. No one ever showed, ended up having to fill holes and set traps myself. My fridge was also broken for 5 months before I moved out and they never even called me back. The vest day of 2019 for me was moving out of this hell hole!!!!"
