"Very long story, short: moved to Minneapolis from Austin, TX, had a house fire in the first week here, house was unlivable, needed a place to stay ASAP. The manager, Cassie, was the most understanding and kind person we spoke to in the area, and said she would do her best to get us approved and into a unit within days. Sure enough, Cassie got us approved in 24 hours and even set up some utilities for us. After a very tumultuous week, we moved into a great apartment and are glad we stumbled upon 1800 Lake during a very difficult time. Highly recommend!"
