She always answers my emails with questions or requests immediately! If I need something fixed she schedules the repair right away. She’s amazing! Everyone loves her! I have lived in apartments for almost 40 years, and she is the by far the best! I love living here."

Theresa is a great property manager. All of my questions, needs, and concerns have been addressed in a prompt manor. The apartment was spotless when I moved in - the cleaning crew did a great job and didn't skimp. Repairs have been fast and Theresa knows the building well and how to deal with any issues that arise. I love the quietness and cleanliness of this building. It's extremely well maintained. I believe it's due to the consistent oversight of building rules and policies by management which I also appreciate. The maintenance crew are all friendly and eager to help."
