"Horrible company. Very rude & lots of turnover. We lived at Park West Apartments, which they manage, for 3 years. We stayed there so long because it was affordable, location & they accept dogs. We had a different property manager every 6 months. Then when you would communicate with the new manager, they would say it’s not their issue. The property has many issues. The main ones are cleanliness & maintenance. There isn’t specific people that work for the 2 buildings, so we wait for staff to open their schedules to come over to handle things. I have attached many photos. Don’t work with or live in any of their properties. It’s not safe, many statute violations. It’s not clean. We couldn’t wait to move out. The communication with management & the company is always unprofessional."
