The Marshall at Arkansas

"One star on this place is even a compliment coming from me. They deserve no stars. This place is an absolute joke. The management is absolutely awful. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences for this place. I pay close to $1000 a month to live in a trashy ran down place. The walls have holes and graffiti all over them. Yet when you go to tour they only show you the “good side”. During the winter the doors were zip tied shut defeating the purpose of the security they so call advertise. Parking is HORRENDOUS… I pay $40 a month for a spot you never get to park in and the towing company they use is worthless when you need a vehicle towed out of your spot. When you park where they TELL you to park if that happens, then they proceed to tow your car and your left with an Uber bill to get to the towing company and $110 bill to get your vehicle back. You can’t bring up your concerns to them or they make you feel stupid and that it’s an inconvenience to them that you’re bringing it to their attention. I would rather live in my car than live here. I will not be recommending this place to ANYONE."

"I love living at the Marshall, they’re is a beautiful pool and spacious workout room and cardio room. They take your trash 5 days a week which is very convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and very modern. The workers are all very friendly."

"Easy to walk or ride the bus to campus. So many amenities for residents to use. The gym is really nice and has a variety of equipment. Office staff and maintenance are extremely helpful when it comes to any type of problem."

"Living in this apartment has been a largely positive experience, especially in terms of responsiveness and service. Whenever there was a hiccup or a fixture needed repair, the maintenance team was impressively swift and efficient in addressing the issue. Equally commendable are the managers of the building, who stand out for their kindness and eagerness to assist the residents, adding a personal touch to the living experience. However, the apartment could enhance its communication by implementing a text message system to notify residents prior to apartment checks and maintenance updates. Such a system would increase convenience for residents, ensuring they are well-informed, safe, and can plan accordingly. This proactive step would be the cherry on top of an already commendable living situation. Overall, 5 stars. I’ll be living here for year 3 this winter."

"My stay at the Marshall has been nothing short of excellent. Ever since moving in I have felt welcomed and at home. The staff is always available to help out and ensure that your needs are met. I currently live in the D2 floor plan and love it. The apartment itself is spacious and open and comes with quality furniture. The many amenities available such as the swimming pool, gym, study rooms, and much more make the Marshall an excellent option for living."
