"We're here for two nights. Room was nice, albeit a little musty smelling. My real issue is the beds! The mattress is awful. Been trying to sleep for four hours and our backs are screaming in pain. Including our 4 kids. Almost to the point where we'd rather drive four hours back home tomorrow and lose out on our money for the second night, instead of staying again. We figured a Hilton would be better..."

"Check out is at 12pm and check in is not until 3pm. We had a housekeeper knock and then walk-in without the opportunity of us answering the door. First time happened around 8am and then the second time was at 930am. I called the front desk to let them know that we are feeling rushed with the housekeeping staff just barging in like that. The lady that answered the phone didn't seem too concerned. We put the do not disturb sign on the knob and double locked the door to hopefully this will let us freely get ready without someone barging in as they're knocking."

"Great place to stay! Hotel was clean and very well laid out! I will say the pool was filmy, as adults we didn't like the look of it,so we decided against it. It appeared as if it had oil sitting on the top of the water but other than that, no problems whatsoever. The kids did end up swimming because they needed to get some energy out. Also it was a little upsetting that breakfast ended at 9am, hotels are made for sleeping in, and you can't do that if the only hours you have to eat breakfast are from 6 am to 9am, so that was a little frustrating, at least go til 10, but for the service, cleanliness, and price we did get, I can't complain!"

"I am moving and waiting to get into my new place so I booked a night here, hoping to possibly stay a second night. Check in the fine. The blonde lady at the desk was very helpful and nice. Later when I tried to extend the room they said I could do it in the morning. When I went to extend my stay, they said that the manager decided that they do not want me here because I mentioned that I am moving out of my house with my ex, and they have decided that because I have an ex boyfriend - I can’t stay here because of a “domestic situation”…. That is crazy because I never said anything about being in a “domestic situation”, I just said that I am in between places. The GM, the Asian lady, and the lady with long light brown hair (respectively) all gave me strange, dirty looks this morning and were very rude to my family. I truly don’t know why. I am so dismayed. I don’t know what I did to deserve this. It’s my son’s birthday week and I wanted to make it a fun week by doing a “staycation” and exploring NWA as if we’re tourists-see the sights you know? But because mt address on my ID is local, and I have an ex boyfriend that I don’t live with, my family is not welcome here. Sir, you are a mean spirited person. I have been a Hilton honors member for years and I have experienced this type of treatment. I truly do not understand what I did."

"We had a slumber party here and it was the best decision! The room was clean, the staff was nice, and breakfast was good. I slept on the couch (I didn't pull out the bed), and it was comfortable. My only complaint is that the pool water was not very clean... We will probably do this again! Actually, we definitely will!"
