Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fayetteville

"Body soap dispenser broken, phone doesn't allow dialing to front desk, window shade broken, remote and/or TV doesn't work properly, and old booth seating in breakfast area with 0 support (sunk in to the wood. For appearance only?). Also light flickering in bathroom: not nice ambiance at all. Glad I booked with points and didn't pay the rate on site (around 100$ 4 this?). Seemed clean though and staff was nice enough."

"A lot of small things that added up. No trash bags in my room. Globs of shampoo in the tube, no conditioner, wall thermostat falling off, electric tape on the lamp. Then the noise from the freeway. Biggest For me was the do lock malfunctioning right when I gotta leave for a meeting. They had to get a tech to open it."

"Great place and great people. Young lady at the front desk was a lot of fun to talk with. Exceptional customer service. Room was spot on as well"

"Clean...that's the pro. Paper thin walls!! And no water? When did you become too cheap to give your guests free water? Is it because it's a college town and you want to take advantage of the families who are already going broke paying for college? I've never stayed ANYWHERE except the two hotels here in Fayetteville that didn't provide free water to their guests.... cheap. You know, it may not seem like a big gesture to you, but it goes a long way with the guests. I mean, it's the least you can do...."

"Just checked out. This was the nicest Marriott property in the Fayetteville area. It has an immediate need for attention. My room did not have a chair or an end table next to the chair. Not a big issue but there is a large empty space in the room. Another issue is the body wash that is suppose to be attached to the wall next to the shampoo and conditioner was ripped off the wall. The workout room needs to have some much needed attention."
