"Price, rooms, service is great. Long time customer of this location. I would have never been able to live here while saving for and building a house. My ability to relax and escape from time to time has been a lifesaver. It doesn't matter if we are staying or guests that are visiting stay we are always treated well. I have a time of the week and a certain room that I always ask for. I know they do their best to make sure they book my preference for me or family. We also like to stay for the pool during the summer heat. I would recommend this hotel to visitor or locals during any season. The online reservation has never been wrong and I would try to book online for a better rate."

"I have had the best stay here. They ate so polite and the hotel is really quiet. I travel a lot for work and I will be staying here when I come to Fayetteville for now on."

"1. Hard to get to the hotel driving North on I-49. 2. Called in advance to book a room. Was quoted a price and offered a 10% discount for CDL. When I arrived I did not get the discount. I was told to pay a $50 deposit. This was not told to me in the initial phone call. 3. Key cards did not work. The front desk clerk could not get them to work. 4. I had to change rooms. The 2nd room still had a problem with the key card. I had to flip it over and around to get it to work. 5. This new room has been smoked in, in the past. I am a non-smoker."

"The service was good and the bathroom was clean, however we encountered several roaches in the room during our 1 night stay. It's a decent hotel but not worth the $100 you pay for lodging there."

"When my wife and I got into our room we noticed there were cigarette burns and ash on the bed along with hair on the pillow cases that was obviously not ours. We reserved a non-smoking room. There were bits of trash throughout the room as well. It looked like housekeeping had just made the bed with the dirty sheets from the previous people and not done much else. I went to the main office to request that housekeeping come and clean the room, and we were told housekeeping was unavailable but we could move rooms - which we did. Our second room, while having clean sheets, had a weird goo in the bathtub and a few spots of blood on the floor. In addition to these issues, our keycards were consistently not working and we had to get them reprogrammed several times. Needless to say we were very disappointed with the quality of this Days Inn - especially given the hundreds of dollars we spent on a room."
