"Guys at the desk were nice and very helpful. However, I got bit several times by something in my bed. Also, I accidentally left my favorite hoodie in the room when I checked out. I called the same day to see if they kept it for me and was told they threw it away. They couldn't do anything. Likely it was kept because it was a good brand."

"They rush checkout. Woman called at 10am asking if we was staying over night or leaving and if we was staying to “go pay now” in her words. I know the housekeeper has absolutely ZERO experience wiping a table off, so she dang sure couldn’t make or change the bedsheets. I’m a professional detailed cleaning technician. I’m familiar with hotel hospitality and how it’s done . There were long and short hairs all in the bed, crumbs, in the middle of the bed. The inn tables were both sticky to the touch and the bathtub was absolutely disgusting. The microwave had a month old McDonalds sandwich and fries in their. The drawers had tiny black hairs all inside and even on it. Mirror was not clean and the left side of that whole building is absolutely infested with cockroaches big and small"
