Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fayetteville-Univ of AR Area, an IHG Hotel

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is disgusting the floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 3 years it’s grimy and sticky and dirty. We found baby roaches in the fridge and in the room not even sure if they clean this place. Here is a photo of one of the roaches that died in the fridge. And the breakfast was nasty."

"I’m writing this review as I’m in the lobby! I would avoid this hotel!! Everything about this hotel is gross! When I opened the microwave roaches were in there! There is NO hot water I had to take a cold shower. The breakfast? Not even sure if the food is real. Even the cereal tasted old! The coffee was gross too."

"Decent holiday inn honestly the rooms and the AC unit is kinda dated tbh and there is a massive weird square above the door of the king suite so it’s never like fully closed. The “living room” area is big but dated. The TVs are small. But other than that the lady’s at the front desk were very nice. It’s quiet and a decent price."

"We were in town for a baseball tournament. Having 2 king-size beds in a room was convenient. However, the rooms could definitely use some updating. The carpet was pulling up from the floor in the main area, and there was some previous damage in the bathroom. The hotel was over-priced for what we got. Breakfast was okay and was well stocked. The location was convenient to many activities, but our room faced the interstate and was noisy. I was thankful we brought a fan to drown out some of the noise."
