"We stayed 3 nights and every night/day either had residents working on their RV's or firing up gas pressure washers. Noise is a huge issue. If you like the sounds of circular saws and two stroke motors you'll love staying here. As for us we won't be back."

"We stayed 3 nights in one of their most inexpensive sites ($40/nt for water & electric). It was just long enough for our 38 ft 5th wheel & truck. Pad was chunky, ankle turning gravel, but space between sites was good. Roads are asphalt & wide. Great amenities, location & view of the hills. Only downside was that our site had not been checked after the previous occupant as we picked up several dog poops & trash."

"My wife and I stayed a week in November 2023. We stayed in the RV park portion of the resort in a Class A RV. This is a very nice,well maintained resort. The staff was very friendly and efficient. All the hookups worked and the pull through RV pad was long enough that I did not have to unhook our toad when I pulled in to our spot. Level concrete pad. Nice location to take in all that Bentonville, Rogers, and Fayetteville area has to offer. We want to go back and we will be staying at this resort again. 5 stars rating from both of us."

"Great park with great amenities. We stayed here several months in a long-term RV spot. There are several dog parks, two laundry rooms, a pool, a basketball court, and a pickleball court! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Fantastic park! Everything you would need or want! Close to everything! Sites were nicely spaced out, the owner got us in a shaded spot at the back that we really enjoyed! Pool was clean, kids loved the splash pad and playgrounds! Everything was clean and perfectly cared for. Would definitely stay here again!"
