"Beautiful community located just close enough to everything! Excited to move in."
"Don’t rent here! $1500 for a 3 bedroom and not worth it. They have mice coming and going. Talk to the neighbors and they have the same issues. I’ve been asking them to take care of this for at least 4 months! Still have issues and I’m a super clean person. Their response to this is throwing some bags of poison around the bottom portion of the townhomes and saying they’re field mice. That they’re just looking for some place warm. Tried calling them and no one ever answers the phone. Mind you that they don’t close until 12pm but phones are NEVER available for residents! Save your MONEY AND RENT ELSE WHERE."
"I started a 6 month lease at Rupple Townhomes. After 3 weeks of living there I had a puddle on the 1st level floor due to construction defects related to a faulty water heater. I had to fight for two days to have the problem solved. Also, I had to deal with months of not having consistent power on the the 1st floor due to electrical defects. This was supposed to be a brand new luxury apartment, but the general finish was terrible and there were other issues due to shoddy and rushed construction. Given the circumstances, they did allow me to cut short my lease to 3 months so I could get out of there. However, I still had to pay cleaning fees of $300 and never got my deposit of $200 back. Plus, I had the expense of moving twice in 3 months. It was bad customer service besides the fact that they have no intention of ever refunding a deposit. If I can't get mine after 3 months of very light use when everything is brand new, then no one will."
