"I have lived here for 3 years now I've had two different apartments in the timeline I've been here every time I have a problem they would fix it in a timely matter and any property that you live at will always have problems no matter what there is no perfect property Andrea is a very good manager. Anytime I call if she doesn't answer she responds back in a timely manner."

"This place is a joke. There’s black mold in my bathroom, have lived here for 4 months and also have a now 7 month old son who’s always sick because of it. They keep telling me it’s mildew but I have family who deals with mold problems and it’s definitely 100% black mold. Not to mention one of my toilets doesn’t work and hasn’t the whole time I’ve lived here. I could honestly go on and on about how ridiculous this place is and how lazy they are when it comes to fixing things. I definitely would not recommend living here especially with children."

"They only inspect the good apartments and not the bad ones. They say that they randomly pick the apartments but that’s a lie! Manager Andrea should be replaced ASAP and robin actually injoy your job you never smile! STAY AWAY!!!!!"

"This is a terrible place called in about my floors SEVERAL times nothing. Called about my smoke detector no pick up. Called about my leaky toilet and what I get is foam smh. If I could share pictures I would I had leaks all over the place as hallway,kitchen,and bathroom and my floors are coming up because of the floods air conditioning don’t want to work most of the time they give you BAD attitude for no good reason asked to get a new apartment but she said no because of the “condition” my apartment was in it WASNT MY FAULT everyone gotten letters on doors about their apartments being “nasty” when I went into my neighbors place and saw absolutely nothing wrong with it!! If I could give it a -5 stars I so would!"

"This is one of the worst apartments I’ve been in. We have asked the managers here plenty of time to fix a mold situation. There is black mold growing underneath the carpet and making it hard to breath and they act like they don’t care. I would not recommend this place as a good living place. If i wasnt afraid of everyone losing their homes I would report this to the health department that’s how bad this is."
