"I would definitely say the only good thing about living here is the staff and management. Unfortunately the apartments themselves are not worth what you pay anymore. They are becoming increasingly outdated and worn down. The grounds are typically littered with trash and if you have a neighbor who smokes anything you will smell it inside your apartment. For the most part if I had a maintenance request they were always helpful."

"Maintenance always takes care of any issues in a prompt manner. The place is generally well taken care of, and the staff have always been friendly to me. The pool is always clean, and I love having access to a small gym, and tanning beds if I want to utilize them. Neighbors have all been relatively good, and I can hardly hear them next door. Only a few tenants cause issues, but they seem to be removed from the property after a while. Pay your rent on time, be friendly to the staff, be patient with maintenance, and living here will be peaceful and quiet!"

"I would like to add onto some of the other good reviews for this apartment complex. I will be living here almost two years and they have always been pretty good at communication and maintenance orders. Tasha the GM the main landlord is amazing, informative and cares about her tenants. There was an incident at my apartment awhile back and while I was in the hospital, the maintenance man and Tasha were on it real quick. They made sure my apartment was safe from someone just walking in (door was broken) and lodged it closed (even went through my window to make sure that door didn’t come open). The next day they came and put a new door in etc. if you are nice/pleasant to them they will treat you the same. Yes it’s an older apartment, but if somethings broken (my a/c control box broke with no a/c last summer). They came the next day and fixed it for me. My neighbors are great and we have a sense of community. I’m sorry for those who had miscommunication issues, but I’m sure they are working on that to the best of their abilities. Keep an open mind about these apartments being 25 years old and if something breaks it won’t be such a shocker. Things break over time and they fix it. Great location, great amenities (pool clean, fitness room clean and nothing broken), close to highway (but not too close), you can walk to the restaurant/bar right down the road or to the gas station. :)"
